Terms and Conditions for Stylo School Shoes Promotion Campaign

1. Eligibility: This promotion is open only to customers who purchase Stylo school shoes. Employees of Stylo, including sales staff and any family members residing at the same address, are not eligible to participate in this campaign.
2. Promotion Period: The promotion will commence on 18th July 2024 and end on 14th August 2024. Purchases made outside this timeframe will not be eligible for the lucky draw.
3. Participation: To participate in the lucky draw, customers must purchase school shoes from selected Stylo stores or online. Each purchase of school shoes entitles the customer to a single entry in the lucky draw.
4. Lucky Draw: Lucky draws will be conducted on a weekly basis at the Stylo Head Office during the promotion period. Winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received each week.
5. Prize Collection: Winners will be notified via the contact details provided at the time of purchase. Winners must collect their prize in person from the store where the purchase was made, or another specified location, within [number] days of being notified. Prizes not claimed within this period will be forfeited.
6. Required Documentation: Winners must present a valid ID card and the original sale receipt at the time of collecting the prize. Copies of these documents will not be accepted.
7. Transportation: Stylo is not responsible for any transportation costs or other expenses incurred by the winners in claiming their prize. Winners are responsible for their travel to and from the prize collection point.
8. Non-transferability of Prize: Prizes are non-transferable and there are no prize substitutions or cash alternatives.
9. Publicity: By participating in this promotion, winners consent to the use of their names and/or photographs for promotional purposes by Stylo, without payment or compensation.
10. Data Protection: By entering this promotion, participants agree to the collection, retention, usage, and distribution of their personal information in order to process and contact them about their prize claim. All personal data will be used strictly in accordance with applicable data protection laws and Stylo's privacy policy.
11. Disqualification: Stylo reserves the right to disqualify any entrant or winner who does not comply with these terms, or if their conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the promotion.
12. Liability: Stylo will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special, or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury, or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion or accepting or using the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).
13. Changes to the Promotion: Stylo reserves the right to cancel, modify or suspend the promotion due to circumstances beyond its control.
14. Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Stylo operates and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

پروموشن کا دورانیہ:

لکی ڈراز پروموشن کی مدت کے دوران ہر ہفتے سٹائلو ہیڈ آفس میں منعقد کیا جائے گا۔ فاتحین کا انتخاب ہر ہفتے وصول کردہ تمام اہل اندراجات میں سے بے ترتیب طور پر کیا جائے گا۔

انعام کا حصول:

 انعامات منتقل نہیں کئے جا سکتے اور کوئی انعام متبادل یا نقد متبادلات نہیں ہیں۔

پبلسٹی:

اس پروموشن میں شرکت کرنے والے فاتحین سٹائلو کی طرف سے پروموشنل مقاصد کے لئے اپنے ناموں اور/یا تصاویر کے استعمال کی اجازت دیتے ہیں، بغیر کسی ادائیگی یا معاوضہ کے۔

ڈیٹا پروٹیکشن:

اس پروموشن میں داخل ہونے والے شرکاء اپنی ذاتی معلومات کے جمع کرنے، محفوظ کرنے، استعمال اور تقسیم پر رضامندی دیتے ہیں تاکہ ان کے انعام دعوی کے بارے میں عمل درآمد اور ان سے رابطہ کیا جا سکے۔ تمام ذاتی ڈیٹا متعلقہ ڈیٹا پروٹیکشن قوانین اور سٹائلو کی پرائیویسی پالیسی کے مطابق سختی سے استعمال کیا جائے گا۔

نااہلیت:

سٹائلو کسی بھی شریک یا فاتح کو ان شرائط کی عدم تعمیل پر، یا اگر ان کا رویہ پروموشن کی روح یا مقصد کے خلاف ہو، تو نااہل قرار دینے کا حق محفوظ رکھتا ہے۔

ذمہ داری:

سٹائلو اس پروموشن میں شرکت یا انعام قبول کرنے یا استعمال کرنے سے متعلق کسی بھی نقصان (بشمول، بلاواسطہ، خاص، یا اتفاقی نقصان یا منافع کا نقصان)، اخراجات، نقصان، ذاتی چوٹ، یا موت جو کسی شخص کی غفلت سے پیدا ہوئی ہو یا نہ ہو، کے لئے ذمہ دار نہیں ہوگا، سوائے اس کے کہ قانون کے ذریعہ کسی ذمہ داری کو مسترد نہیں کیا جا سکتا (اس صورت میں وہ ذمہ داری قانون کے ذریعہ کم سے کم قابل اجازت ہوگی)۔

پروموشن میں تبدیلیاں:

سٹائلو کسی بھی غیر متوقع حالات کی وجہ سے پروموشن کو منسوخ، ترمیم یا معطل کرنے کا حق محفوظ رکھتا ہے۔

حکمرانی کا قانون:

یہ شرائط و ضوابط اس جرمنیشن میں لاگو ہوتے ہیں جہاں سٹائلو کام کرتا ہے اور کوئی بھی تنازعات اس جرمنیشن کی عدالتوں کی خصوصی دائرہ اختیار میں ہوں گے۔
